Free Tier

We offer a free tier that allows you to create up to 2 projects. This tier is designed to help you explore our platform's capabilities.

Paid Subscriptions

For unlimited projects and advanced features, we offer paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees according to the plan you select
• Provide current and accurate billing information
• Allow us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Be responsible for all taxes associated with your use of our services

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Hectares.ai only for lawful purposes and in ways that do not infringe upon the rights of others. Prohibited uses include:

Your Content

You retain all rights to the projects and content you create using our platform. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide our services
• Make backups to prevent data loss
• Share your content with collaborators you designate
• Use anonymized and aggregated data to improve our services

Project Development and Financial Models

While Hectares.ai provides sophisticated financial modeling tools and data integration capabilities, you acknowledge that:

• All financial projections and models are estimates based on the inputs you provide
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or success of any project
• You are solely responsible for verifying all calculations and assumptions

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Agridev Inc, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

• Breach of these Terms of Service
• Non-payment of fees
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• At our sole discretion

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which should reasonably survive termination shall survive.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
